As a Service Leader you will be responsible for leading shifts in the Petrol Filling Station at The Rheged Centre in Penrith, to ensure the team is delivering the best service to our customers and ensuring brand standards are in place at all times. In this hands on customer facing role, you’ll be competent to manage a high volume environment following our Westmorland Family colleague values of Warmth, Graft and Courage
