About The Role

About the Role: Our Catering team is the heart of Tebay Services. We look after each other to get the job done! As a Catering Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Friendly Cumbrian Welcome: Greet every customer with a smile, reflecting the unique charm of Tebay.
Customer Assistance: Be warm and approachable, assisting customers who may need extra help and responding promptly to queues.
Maintain Displays: Ensure our customer areas have appealing displays that offer a great selection to all visitors.
Quality Food Service: Passionately serve food from our hot plate, minimizing waste while maintaining quality.
Food Safety and Health: Follow food safety guidelines, ensuring correct temperatures and allergen information.
Collaborate with the Team: Work collaboratively with your colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
Adaptability: Be open to learning new skills and willing to chat with our customers about our products and unique history.

About You

We are looking for warm, friendly people to join our team at Tebay

We can be flexible around shifts and offer a variety of positions , however these roles will include working some hours during Mon -Fri
